13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hotline Software LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or SMS messages sent through the platform

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-compliance with SMS regulations
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

16. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.
